Empowerment of 900 Graduate Students
Provide comprehensive mentorship and skill development opportunities to empower 900 graduate students studying in colleges across ten Taluks within different districts.
Industry-Relevant Skill Development
Design and deliver a curriculum that aligns with the specific skill requirements of private companies and enterprises, ensuring that students acquire the competencies needed to excel in their respective fields.
Seamless Transition to Employment
Facilitate the successful transition of all 900 students from education to employment by establishing formal agreements between the students, employers, and the interface mentoring agency (JMSSS), guaranteeing their placement in various companies upon completion of their degrees
Personalized Mentorship and Support
Provide personalized mentorship and support to students throughout their academic journey, including guidance on career planning, resume development, interview preparation, and professional development.
Enhanced Employability
Enhance the employability of students by fostering the development of essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and leadership abilities.
